Our Team

Nooria Tariq
Bsc (App Psych), MSc (Psych)

Nooria Tariq is a Registered Psychologist with AHPRA and a Member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS). With experience working with individuals from diverse age groups, cultural backgrounds, and belief systems, Nooria is committed to providing compassionate and effective psychological support.

As a SIRA-registered psychologist, she also provides support for individuals facing workplace challenges, including interpersonal conflicts, grief, and pain management.

Having worked in both public health and private practice, she takes an eclectic and evidence-based approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to each person’s unique needs. She integrates CBT, EMDR, DBT, ACT, solution-focused therapy, schema therapy, and mindfulness to support clients in overcoming their challenges.

Nooria’s warm and empathetic nature ensures that every client feels heard, valued, and supported in a safe, non-judgmental space. She believes in empowering people to harness their inner strengths and build resilience, fostering long-term well-being.
